The Helping Hand Volunteered at The Detroit Free Press/Talmer Bank Marathon

The Helping Hand Community Service Club attended the Free Press/Talmer Bank Marathon in downtown Detroit on Sunday October 20th. Seniors Amani, Frank, Paige, Khary, and Sophomore Ezana along with Mrs. Maas, volunteered at the marathon from 6:00am until around noon. The students passed out water and offered encouragement as the bikers, runners, and walkers made their way through the course.
